Is there any way to “detox” your body the day you begin a diet but NOT the master cleanse liquid diet? I want to make it a “clean” start =) Any other thoughts or ideas on this one? Thanks!
I REALLY, REALLY don’t want to be on a liquid diet…what about all veggies?
